Your feedback is essential to the running of the Calgary Science Network. It helps us to:

monitor how the program is running
find ways to improve
mentor and provide feedback to our volunteers
collect statistics for grant applications

Please complete the following short questionnaire and submit it online. If you prefer you can print the .pdf version of the form and mail it or you can call the CSN office at 263-6226 and give us your feedback that way.
Please consider sending a thank-you note or letters from your students to the CSN volunteer. Our volunteers tell us that they appreciate thank-yous from students more than anything else.
